Holly Springs Town Center was abuzz with excitement for the November VIP Preview Event offering a first look at new Stonecrest Homes!
The event began with Mayor Steven Miller‘s opening remarks about the progress of Holly Springs Town Center and work toward making it a live, work, play destination. He affirmed the City’s dedication to making the Town Center vision come to life, a cause which he has held closely even as part of his mayoral election campaign. Mayor Miller also acknowledged the lengthy construction process and reassured guests that there has been meticulous planning to ensure an optimal community experience once the town is up and thriving.
Charles Heiser, CEO of Stonecrest Homes, was the next speaker on the agenda. He shared that even though the site is still in the infrastructure phase, there’s been lots of interest in the commercial sites from restaurants and merchants which will be curated to ensure distinct, high-quality destination alongside one of the main attractions, the brewery!
Next up was Itanza Sewell with Velocity Real Estate who said living in Holly Springs Town Center is set to be the next great place to be, similar to other vibrant downtown districts like Woodstock and Alpharetta.
Approximately 70 homes in all will be situated to the south of Hickory Road. The options include: stacked lots, attached townhomes, & detached city homes with a few different floorplans to choose from. The attached townhomes will be the first to be constructed with starts expected in the new year!
To keep up with the latest, make sure you sign up to join the interest list and receive email updates from Stonecrest Homes on the Holly Springs community page here or check out the Holly Springs Town Center website.
