Triple Protection | New Home Warranty Program
First Year
Maverick is proud to partner only with builders that meet the industry’s highest quality standards based on a rigorous evaluation of practices and quality. A thorough home orientation is conducted prior to your closing, explaining the mechanics and homeowner maintenance of your home. Maverick is responsible for:
- All communication with you, the homeowner
- Warranty walkthrough at 11 months after closing
- Coordination of all warranty repairs
- Emergency service
- Reporting and updating all claims with Stonecrest Homes
During the one-year warranty, you receive reliable, one-call warranty response, including after hours emergency service. Maverick will also assist you in determining warranty issues from normal maintenance responsibilities.
Second Year
The home warranty service agreement provided by Maverick covers breakdowns due to normal wear and use of the major systems (furnace, hot water heater, air conditioner, plumbing, and electrical system) and major appliances (oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and garbage disposal). Renewable annually, the home warranty service agreement provides budget protection against unforeseen, costly repairs to the home’s systems and appliances that, even in new homes, can cost thousands of dollars.
Upon your call or online claim submission for a covered repair, Maverick will dispatch a locally licensed technician right in your neighborhood. A low service fee is all you pay for each covered repair and there’s no need to negotiate pricing with contractors!
Ten Year
As a homebuilder, we understand what your dream home means to you and how important it is to protect it from normal wear and tear. That’s why we use only quality workmanship, the right expertise, and the perfect plan to build your home.
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. We also provide a 10 year insurance-backed structural warranty from Maverick. The warranty provides 10 full years of structural defect coverage for load-bearing elements of the home beginning day one of closing. Structural defects may occur when there is actual physical damage to a load-bearing element of the home. The defect may cause the home to become unsafe, unsanitary or unlivable. Should the unforeseen happen, the claim will be handled through coverage provided by the structural warranty.
